BRAND STRATEGY & ADVERTISING SPECIALIST
The proven self-starter we select for this important role will support our manager of brand strategy and advertising with creative development and execution of all advertising initiatives; oversee production of ads, video content, and brand collateral from concept to distribution; and ensure that projects are completed to standard on time, on budget, and on strategy. Additional responsibilities include:
Helping to establish and ensure compliance with internal advertising and brand criteria, processes, and standards.
Developing strategies to help our many constituents embrace our brand.
Coordinating advertising meetings, interviews, shoots, and schedules.
Fielding sales calls/inquiries and evaluating advertising opportunities while maintaining strong rapport with local media.
Assisting with departmental financial/budgetary needs, including requests for quotes, purchase orders, ensuring payment of invoices, and tracking the ad budget.
Preparing project reports, presentations, educational material, and other advertising collateral.
Helping to measure/monitor the effectiveness of advertising efforts.
Reviewing market research studies to ascertain consumer perceptions of our brand and the competitive landscape.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
Experience in the areas of design, graphics, and production.
Strong organizational, group-facilitation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience building formulas, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal/listening skills.
Five or more years of experience in a healthcare and/or communications environment.
Experience with brand architecture and nomenclature.
Experience with digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Related agency-side or client-side advertising experience.
