Carolina Meadows is seeking an experienced Staff Development Coordinator to provide necessary educational and learning opportunities that will assist personnel in gaining knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to perform assigned duties safely and effectively.
The ideal candidate must have current NC RN license (or compact state) and AS in Nursing; BS in Nursing preferred. Previous experience in nursing staff development is also required. Knowledgeable in local and state sanitation regulations required. Must be competent in computer operation. May also assist in clinical or supervisory capacity as needed
