Children’s Research Institute is looking for a Senior Research Recruiter to serve as an internal subject matter expert on talent acquisition. Providing a consultative partnership with hiring teams in order to recruit and hire top talent. Children’s Research Institute conducts and promotes translational and clinical medical research and education programs within Children’s National that lead to improved understanding, prevention, treatment, and care of childhood diseases.
Full lifecycle recruiting to include sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for review
Handle compensation including determining appropriate salaries, negotiating starting salaries, make recommendations for bonuses, and responsibility for verbally extending offers
Develop targeted campaigns and growing proactive relationships to find new pools of talent
Onboard new candidates through the completion of new employee orientation
Utilize, analyze, and meet appropriate HR and recruitment metrics
Bachelor's degree or a combination of years of experience and/or college in lieu of BS degree.
At least 3 - 5 years of experience.
Experience recruiting in biomedical science and technology.
Full life cycle recruiting & sourcing experience of scientific candidates.
