Have an interest in public health or epidemiology? The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), a national organization representing 2,800 local health departments is currently conducting an online survey to assess the state of local epidemiology across the United States. We need your help in making reminder calls to survey participants, so we can get as much responses as possible. We’re looking for volunteers who are friendly, and comfortable speaking on a phone. Interest or background in public health is welcome but not necessary.
NATURE OF VOLUNTEER DUTIES
Volunteers will need to commit to a minimum of 2 hours to making phone calls and will also need to attend an additional 30-minute orientation by phone. Calls will take place February 5th – February 16th and can take place remotely. However, NACCHO can arrange for volunteers to make calls at our office if needed.
Volunteers will need a laptop for accessing a Google document. In return for making phone calls, volunteers will have the opportunity to learn about what it's like to work at NACCHO.
