The Director of Orthopedics & Joint Replacement will develop and lead a total joint program for the medical center, perform total joint procedures, become part of an busy private practice, and work collaboratively with other surgeons. The position reports to the chairman of surgery. This is an exciting opportunity for an orthopedic surgeon to build upon an already successful orthopedic service line and lead a group of talented orthopedic surgeons during a time of growth and development.

The ideal candidate will be a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with more than three years' experience working independently in orthopedics, including joint replacement and general orthopedics surgical procedures, and trained in the latest techniques, including the anterior approach for joint replacement. The successful candidate must be fellowship trained and qualify/possess an unrestricted New York state medical license, and must possess an MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
