The Health Alliance of MidAmerica, LLC a regional office of the Kansas Hospital Association (KHA) and the Missouri Hospital Association (MHA), is currently seeking an Executive Assistant in their Overland Park, KS office. This position serves KHA and MHA by providing administrative and secretarial support for the Senior Vice President of the Kansas City Metropolitan Healthcare Council/St. Louis Metropolitan Hospital Council and the Associated Purchasing Services (APS) Chief Executive Officer.
Required qualifications include an Administrative Assistance Certificate from a college or technical school; or three (3) to six (6) years of related experience and/or training. Previous executive assistant experience working in a “C suite” office, association or health care setting is preferred. Ideal candidates should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to professional written and verbal communication skills.
