We are seeking a Medication Safety Officer to join the award winning pharmacy team of Adventist Health Bakersfield, whose pharmacy has received more 5-star awards than any other hospital in the county. The Medication Safety Officer (MSO) at Adventist Health Bakersfield (AHBD) is a respected and valued leadership position that will interact with various departments and disciplines to ensure safety and compliance. The MSO will have oversight of medication management processes for our two campuses including AH Bakersfield Hospital and Cancer Center plus Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley. In addition to local responsibilities, the MSO at AHBD will also interact and assist with multiple system level initiatives. Adventist Health Bakersfield Pharmacy is a leading Pharmacy within the community and also looked upon as a mentor for all Adventist Health Sister Facilities.
