Primary Assignment: Family Health Unit
Position Objective To provide leadership and supervision of employees while managing Human Services programs and services. This position is responsible for ensuring that business is performed in accordance with policies, procedures, and laws, and providing reports and statistical information regarding human services programs.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing and two years of progressively related experience OR Bachelor's degree in nursing with a Master's Degree or higher and one year of progressively related experience. Must be currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota. Must possess the ability to obtain registration in Minnesota as a Public Health Nurse. Must possess a valid Minnesota Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment, have reliable means of transportation and be able to travel to multiple locations around Stearns County and Minnesota, some of which may not be accessible by public transportation.
Additional Salary Information: Sign On Bonus-$2500; additional bonus of $2,500 after 6 months and $2,500 after one year.
