Great opportunity for an experienced RN to join our clinical education team! The Clinical Education Specialist is accountable for assessment, analysis to determine target audience and learner needs, identification of educational outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position is accountable for promoting a continuous learning environment that supports ongoing clinical staff development throughout the organization. This position practices within the scope of the Nursing Practice act, and in accordance with Children's policies.
This position would support the Critical Care areas of the hospital.
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree with current enrollment in Master's Degree program and completion within 3 years of program entry. Either the Bachelor's or Master's Degree must be in Nursing. Active California RN license required with a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
