Canyon Ridge Hospital a 106-bed behavioral health facility located on the western edge of San Bernardino County.  Canyon Ridge Hospital is a full-service psychiatric hospital that operates within a 15-mile radius of Riverside, Los Angeles and Orange Counties.  Canyon Ridge Hospital has been a public resource for behavioral health and substance abuse treatment in the greater Inland Empire since 1989.  Our acute care facility offers a safe and comfortable environment for both adults and adolescents.  By offering a full spectrum of services (such as inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient), Canyon Ridge Hospital is able to provide a full continuum of care for its clients.

Position Summary:

The Case Manager is responsible for providing quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to psychiatric patients and their families, spouse, significant other; to serve as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to psychiatric patients and their families.  Will work closely with Doctors and will hold family meetings.
