River Point Behavioral Health is a 84-bed treatment facility that specializes in quality behavioral health and substance abuse services for youth, adults and seniors. We offer a full continuum of care through an integrated system of inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and ECT programs. Progressive professionals in the fields of psychiatry, medicine, nursing, social services, education and activity therapy provide our comprehensive services. We are currently looking for Full-Time Certified (CPC) Coder to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Coder analyzes and abstracts clinical data by assigning codes from the patient records in accordance to coding classification systems. Reviews patient encounters, queries physicians when needed, and identifies and reports issues. Assigns ICD-10-CM codes, creates DRG group assignments. Ensures that codes are accurate and relevant to the patient encounter. Codes inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient charts.
