PRN - Dietary Aide Position Overview Palmetto Pee Dee Behavioral Health is a 59-bed behavioral health facility located in Florence, SC, offering adolescent behavioral health programs and treatment services to males and females ages 7-21. The dietary personnel are responsible for all aspects of the dining facilities operation, which includes cooking, serving and preparing foods, washing dishes and pots and pans, cleaning the kitchen and the dining room as well as monitoring, inventorying, and storing groceries. Job Functions Assisting with preparation of food and setup of special functions; Assisting with preparation of meals and portions items necessary for patients; Adhering to standards for food temperatures during cooking, serving, and storage of leftovers; Complying with established guidelines for sanitation and safety; and Adhering to facility, department, corporate, personnel, and standard policies and procedures.
