Assists in the service, preparation, and cleanup of patient, catering, or cafeteria meals. Performs a variety of duties including ordering, preparing, displaying, setting up, cleaning, delivery, and stocking of food items, trays, dishes, and silverware. Maintains records food and equipment temperatures and numbers of foods leftover / utilized.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED preferred.
SKILLS:. Ability to read and write English.
EXPERIENCE: Prior restaurant or institutional experience desirable.

Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of equipment, materials, or supplies of moderate to heavy weight, approximately 50 pounds. Stands or walks most of day. Exposure to various chemicals.
