The Assistant Clinic Manager is an entry level management position. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, functions as a supervisor and assumes accountability for the operational function of the designated units. Assignment may include scheduling, staffing, evaluating, counseling, and directing nursing personnel in assigned units/clinics. The incumbent will work collaboratively with all levels of leadership and personnel within the VA Montana Health Care System and associated CBOCs.
