The Acute Care Program Manager must be a licensed pharmacist, preferably with an accredited residency, or equivalent experience demonstrating competency in this area. The incumbent is responsible for planning and coordinating pharmacy educational and clinical programs for the critical care, acute care and discharge/transitional care pharmacy areas at Washington DC VA Medical Center. The incumbent works with pharmacy administration and staff to assess the educational needs of the department.
