Work Hours/Shift:
  • PRN, Days, 100% traveling position, Waterman, FL territories
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Provides personal care per Home Health Aide Care Plan.
  • Demonstrates understanding of duties for special assignments, including Developmental Disabilities program patients, Alzheimer’s’ patients, sitter staffing, End of Life Care.
  • Compliant with infection control practices.
  • Transfers patients of varying sizes from bed using proper body mechanics and safety equipment as needed.
  • Provides accurate, complete documentation within 24 hours, reporting abnormal findings to SN by end of shift.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of Home Health Aide Certification Course or Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and safe driving record.
Job Summary:
Nurse’s aide assisting in the provision of personal care to patients in their home.
