Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Briefly describe the major responsibilities and functions of this position.
The Mgr. Facility Operations is responsible for the day to day operations including planning organizing, directing and controlling for campus operations. Additional duties include overall responsibility for Emergency Management and the oversite of facility wide Environment of Care Safety Program/regulatory compliance, and life safety. Monitors flow and quality of work to assure timely completion of workload and adherence to facility’s standards and regulations. Prepares and manages departmental budgets. Prepares and maintains a variety of departmental records and reports. Manages and ensures compliance with Joint Commission and the authorities that have jurisdiction. Monitors work performance and prepare or reviews performance evaluations for assigned personnel. In conjunction with the Executive Director, Facilities Mgmt & Construction this position makes project assignments, monitors workloads and allocates resources to meet project schedules.
