AM has an immediate opening for a full-time Manager, Strategic Partnerships, to support COVID-19 response delivery and implementation nationwide. No travel required. This position will begin immediately. Candidates will work remotely from a home office.

Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
B2B Relations Management – Maintain connections in the national public health, health care, and adjacent industries by facilitating remote networking opportunities.
Support ongoing efforts to deliver turn-key enterprise solutions for government organizations to continue TRACE’s mission of alleviating burdens caused by the pandemic on health departments, the private sector, and government organizations.
Oversee the business-to-business connection and foster the relationship through the entire partnership lifecycle.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with TRACE subcontractors, staffing firms, and clinical and business partners including negotiating the most favorable cost structure and partnership terms.
Create programming for partners, in collaboration with other TRACE staff, focused on enhancement of the B2B relationship.
Leverage your understanding of public health or other speciality and use your expertise as a key component in discussions and strategic planning.
Build trusting relationships with supplier partners through effective communication in order to drive mutual goals forward.
Review and Refine, or Create as Necessary, Standard Operating Procedures

Educational and Professional Requirements:
Previous working experience in External Relations, Partnership Management, Building Strategic Enterprises, or related field for 5-10 years.
BA/BS in Public Health, Public/Business Administration, Communication or similar relevant field required. Masters Degree in these concentrations preferred.
Experience administering Public Health services.
