The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), a national organization representing nearly 3,000 local health departments nationwide, has an immediate opening for a Communication Specialists HIV, STI, Viral Hepatitis. POSITION SUMMARY The Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the work of the HIV, STI, Viral Hepatitis Team, and reports to the designated Senior Program Analyst. The Communications Specialist contributes to the advancement of local public health practice by performing a range of responsibilities related to the dissemination of information about HIV, STIs, and Viral Hepatitis (including developing print and electronic publications, web and social media content, and media templates).
