Position is responsible for building, recommending, and driving strategic goals in relation to long-range organization planning.
Responsible for structural creation and oversight of pricing and forecasting models that support and maximize long-term growth plans. Position will create accurate volume and IgG forecast for the BioLife network.
Individual is a cross-functional leader for the network. Position serves as a conduit for harmonizing strategy through planning from various business units.
Incumbent is responsible for identifying patterns through various technologies, to define and develop strategies that drive donation behavior and positively impact IgG yields.
Coordinates with various business functions to ensure end to end business plan, including exploring internal/external business partnerships, vendor relationships, and technological capabilities.
Analyze performance drivers proactively determining actionable strategy, and then contribute to identifying solutions for mitigation and/or optimization to achieve overall business goals.
Accountable to analyze and review complex data, developing creative and effective programs, presenting and facilitating to multiple levels of the organization, and optimizing through continuous improvement efforts.
Develops forecast modeling based on historical data and causal factors. Responsible for building the Volume and IG Forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Provide Forecast guidance/mitigation options to leaders for future donor fees/promotions and their impact on planning.
Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning technology through Donor Pricing Engine, to build pricing strategies and Donor Fee CPL (Cost-Per-Liter) in collaboration with Marketing.
Using analytics and AI, provide donor behavior patterns relative to pricing and promotional drivers. Create models to support volume and IgG forecasting and Pricing
Partner with Finance to build strategy and roadmap of Volume, IgG, MRP, and LMF
Manage planning around strategic initiatives as they relate to MRP, LMF, Pricing, Forecasting, and CPL.
Strong partnership with IT and Data Analytics Team to build appropriate models that will automate current manual processes.
The leader will be creative and business results oriented and will elevate the use of people data and analytics and deep understanding of what drives performance at Takeda.
Ensure delivery of the network volume commitments, while ensuring effective governance and risk management in overall pricing processes.

Retail/consumer/multi-unit promotions and campaigns based experience
Data visualization experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of the impact that operational aspects of business have to the overall company (for example: impact delivery lead time, purchasing minimums, etc. have on in stocks, inventory, & costs).
Knowledge of inventory management practices & definitions, such as safety stock, EOQ, carrying cost, etc.
Comprehensive understanding of the components of setting up data models and running scenario planning that match the business need.
Comprehensive understanding of using data to provide insights that drive key performance indicators for the business

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Delivery
5+ years in a senior delivery role
Healthcare or Plasma Industry related experience a plus
FLSA â Exempt
Domestic travel up to 20% may be required
