RN - Step Down ICU (Up to $13,500 Sign on Bonus)
Overview Fairview Health Services is looking for an RN at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN on our Step Down ICU. The Step Down ICU is a 18 bed unit that is a progressive critical care unit serving a patient population 18 years and older with moderate or potentially severe physiologic instability requiring frequent nursing assessment and intervention every 1 to 2 hours for the majority of the shift. About This Unit: This patient population requires less care than the other ICUs at the University Hospital, but more care than a general medical surgical unit. The majority of patients require cardiac monitoring. Common patient populations include post transplant patients, patients admitted
