Magnet Coordinator
This Magnet Coordinator position reports to the Associate Director for Nursing and Patient Care Services at the West Haven location. This position is a full time position at 40 hours per week Duties include but are not limited to: Leads education for staff on the Magnet program, Shared Governance, and Evidence Based Practice. Conducts a Magnet gap analysis and works closely with leadership to formulate plans to close the gaps in performance for the journey, designation, re-designation process. Gathers and analyzes data to write and submit initial Magnet application. Serves as a subject matter expert for nurse sensitive indicators and patient satisfaction scores.
