The Martinsburg VA Medical Center is seeking a Chief of Medicine Service in Martinsburg West Virginia. The Chief of Medicine will demonstrate outstanding professional ability in the practice of medicine or medical specialty and the ability to guide the development and implementation of programs within their respective domain. These programs include but are not limited to medical practice, professional standards, personnel issues, and quality/performance improvement. VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package. Responsibilities include: Direct responsibility and accountability for operations of Cardiology, Echocardiography, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hematology, Infectious Disease, Oncology, Hospitalist, Intensive Care, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonary, Rheumatology, and Special Exams.
