As a member of the compensation team, the Compensation Analyst supports program management in partnership with the Senior Compensation Consultant to ensure business services, managers and COEs, receive timely and accurate information regarding pay programs and practices. Other essential functions of this role include:
Reviews ServiceNow (SNOW), Taleo, or Management Self Service (MSS) requests and resolves, distributes, or escalates requests to others to ensure timely resolution of requests. Tracks and documents requests to ensure established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
Researches, gathers data and performs statistical analysis and interpretation of data to provide solutions and recommendations.,
Creates compensation related collateral for training (internal/external of team), knowledge base, job aides, or other collateral materials for team and/or PeoplePlace, HR communication venues, etc., to ensure all materials are accurate and reflective of the processes. May develop socialization materials such as presentations, questions & answer documents, etc., for team or others use.
Maintains and runs periodic and ad-hoc reports on compensation related data from the HRIS system.
Completes other duties as assigned including support for Compensation Committee, Programs, and Relationship Management
The ideal candidate has analytical skills and utilizes Microsoft Excel and Access. The candidate must be able to communicate and comprehend, verbally and in writing, with all staff and management in English in a positive and professional manner. Knowledge of the health care industry is preferred, but not required. The candidate should also have the ability to work under pressure and regularly re-prioritize tasks.
